Jet Black used to be one of the few cops fighting for justice and not on the syndicate's payroll. That meant trouble, of course. He ended up getting wrongfully convicted, got divorced and had to leave his daughter Kimmie. He's now trying to be part of Kimmie's life, again.
Jet is the captain of Bebop, he's keeping the finances in check, relaxes while tending the bonsai plants, and he likes to cook if there's food.

Arrogant and cheeky, but you can count on her when the situation gets heavy. She might not show it, but she cares about her newly found friends.
